Refund policy

At MGC Supplies, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Used or damaged products caused by misuse
• Clearance or sale items

Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed via EFT.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was supplied by MGC Supplies.
